Under One Roof is changing to choice based lettings in Spring 2026
Warrington Borough Council are introducing a new Allocations Policy in Spring 2026 which will mean new criteria for applicants.
Some applicants will no longer qualify to join the waiting list and there will be 7 new bands available from A* to D
