If you require homelessness support or advice, you can access the service in the following ways:
- Completing an online self-referral within the Council website
- Emailing housingadvice@warrington.gov.uk

Please note the timescale for your referral to be responded to is within 5 working days.
If you are homeless with nowhere to stay tonight for emergency assistance please contact, Contact Warrington, they will make a referral to Homelessness & Housing Advice. This referral will be treated as urgent and responded to, the same day (during normal working hours).
The customer service team can be contacted on 01925 443322, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. The Council’s out of hours service is available 5pm to 8:30am Monday to Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays is for emergency calls only. The out of hours number is 01925 444400.
